Justin Bieber's artsy side appeared to have rubbed Brazilian authorities the wrong way as the singer has been charged with vandalism after being caught spray-painting graffiti while in Rio de Janeiro.
The 19-year-old singer was charged on Friday November 8 after police received a complaint about the pop star and his entourage illegally decorating the wall of the former Hotel Nacional in the country's capital.
That sparked an investigation among local authorities and three days of testimony with everyone involved, including the photographers who snapped him during the act, police officers and security guards.
Bieber will have to pay an undisclosed fine but fortunately will avoid any jail time for the incident.
